Stroller question

So call me ignorant BUT.... Does anyone know when you can start using the stroller with out the carseat? I'm not planning on doing it yet. But I have looked everywhere to see if there is some recommended age or weight or anything. As of now I'm thinking a soon as LO can hold her head up but I have no idea.

Thoughts?
