I believe you were asking about LO pulling off the breast before being done.

I went to my LC on Friday, and of course, he fed like a champ, but she did give me some recommendations.  She said to massage your breast to make more come out quicker if he begins pulling off the breast.  So when he gets lazy, massage towards the nipple to make milk come faster and make him more interested.  She also said to make sure if you are using bottles to stick with the slowest flow nipple so he doesn't get used to the ease of sucking the bottle and still works at the breast.
