Stuffy/can't breathe at night...

In the night DD's nose is so stuffy she can barely breathe when I breastfeed her. But when she is up a little bit in the mornings it gets better. I tried using the bulb to suck anything out (multiple times) but nothing came out. We have been getting some good boogers out lately but not in the mornings when I think she is so stuffy, and then the stuffiness seems to go away. Anything I can do to help her in the nights? We have a vaporizer but that hasn't helped much I guess. Anyone else going through this?
