Breastfeeding and bottles

Hi Ladies,

I breastfeed 95% of the time and on the rare occasion I pump so my husband or family can feed my little guy.

I've noticed that he chokes when taking milk from the bottle. It seems like the bottle releases too much milk and he chokes and spits it all out.

I've tried Avent bottles and Nuk bottles.  

Do you know of any bottles that release less milk or have any suggestions?

I'm sorry if this is a repeat question. I browsed the last few pages and didnt see anything related.
