diapers.com Fail

I ordered diapers from diapers.com (on Monday) because a few ladies on here recommended it and since we were starting to run low I wanted to avoid a mid-week trip to the store if possible.  The diapers were supposed to arrive Wednesday, they still haven't come. Tracking information as of this afternoon said they were still in the warehouse.  I requested the order be cancelled, and now there is actually tracking info that the package is being returned to sender (as I patiently wait for a refund).

Has anyone else had issues?  This seems like a total fluke thing based on what I have heard from others, but as it was my first order, I am hesitant to attempt to order from them again. For a site that prides themselves on two day shipping this was a very much failed customer experience.
