12 weeks and spitting up like crazy

Anyone else's LO start spitting up more than usual lately? DS has been on Zantac for silent reflux for a few weeks now. He always spit up occasionally but now it's ridiculous. He spits up after every feeding and it's a lot. Last night he spit up 4 times in the middle of the night and woke him up each time. My friends aid it may just be bc he is eating more but I don't know if it's just that or something else.
