How much caffiene are you all drinking? I usually just have one cup every morning since I'm BFing but I'm dragging today and would love an extra cup or two. (Missing my pre-preg coffee habit!!) From the posts about last night, it sounds like quite a few of us need a little extra pick me up! So how much caffiene is too much and do you notice it affect LO when you BF?
