swaddle w arms in
I've swaddled Jackson for the first 2 times the past 2 nights with his arms in and he just slept 7.5 hours straight! 6 hrs last night.
I hadn't been putting his arms in since birth bc the nurses told me not to, even though I read in the 5 s's to do so. But....I decided to last night because his arms are always flailing and keeping himself up, and he's also still in a RNP so there's no risk of rolling over.
Anyone else notice a sleeping difference w arms in vs out? This is great!
