What does LO wear to daycare?

OK, I know this is silly but I don't want my kid to be the only one wearing sleepers at daycare. Do you all put them in outfits (like onesies and pants with a jacket) or one pieces (looks less like pjs because the feet are cut off) or footie pjs (or "sleep and plays")? I want to make it easy on daycare to change his diapers/change him if he spits up and that's easiest in footie pjs. BUT it's difficult to layer with a pj and it's cold here in Michigan. Plus I don't want dc to be all "jeez she doesn't even dress him for the day, he's in freaking pjs". Good grief this is an area of mommy judgement I never thought of before!
