Pediatrician question

Okay so we have been using the same pediatrician since DD #1 was a newborn.  We love him but so does everyone else in our town!  DD #1 has a cough and I think a possible ear infection.  DD #2 is starting to sound stuffy too.  So I called today to see if I could get one or both of them in to be seen.  They don't have any openings until Monday late afternoon.  They told me that I could take them to the one of the urgent care centers in town if I want them seen before then.  There is a new pedi in town and I have heard wonderful things about her. I am thinking about switching..what do you ladies think?  I don't know why but this is such a tough decision!
