Who will be in your delivery room???

I was talking to DH yesterday and mentioned about my mom being in a delivery room when the big day comes.  DH was somewhat surprised that I was going to have her besides him.  He said, "I thought it was going to be you and me, but it's your choice"

Fmmmmmm...

For some reason, I always pictured both my mom and DH on opposite sides holding my hands while I am in labor.  She is a nurse and I don't get to see her much, so I would like her to witness the birth of my baby.

Is it strange to have my mom on the side?
