How do you keep LO entertained all day?

Now that DS is 3 months, eating faster and staying up longer between naps, I'm struggling to find things to do to keep him entertained.  We read stories, sing songs, he plays on the play mat, we "chat" - but after all of that, only an hour has gone by, and he is usually up for about 2 hours in between each nap.  Sometimes he doesn't mind just sitting here quietly with me, but I feel like I should be doing "something" with him to keep him stimulated.

 What do you do with your LO to keep them "entertained" for 6 or 7 hours a day?
