Need some advice, and a hug :(

Hey girls. Long story short I went for the quad screening monday and got our results today. Needless to say our downs number is pretty high. We went from 1/836 to 1/76. We already agreed an amnio is out of the question and they offered me the Materni21 blood test which has a 97.1% accuracy rate with a 5.5% false positive rate. My anatomy scan is on the 23rd and they said I can do the bloodwork then. But encouraged me to come in sooner so I wasnt stressing the entire time. At this point, I need to know either way because the number is so low. Their hours are the same as my work hours so for me to go i'd have to take a day off which I was trying not to do as I am going to need my days for before and after she comes. I dont have many to begin with. So here are a few questions: Did any of you have such low numbers with a positive outcome? If you did get low results did you do the amnio or just the bloodwork? If you were in my shoes WWYD? TIA!
