Napping

My DS will only nap in his swing or bouncer still. I have tried and tried to get him to nap in his crib or pnp but he instantly wakes up crying but as soon as I put him in the swing he is out. If I try to move him wide awake again. I try putting him down both sleeping and grogy and neither works. I have to return to work next week and MIL is watching him and she has a pnp so i am nervous he will not nap with her. She said if she has to she will go buy a bouncer. Should I just let it go for now and let him nap where he wants still? He sleeps fine in his crib at night (not STTN but has been sleeping in his crib sicne 1 week old).
