? for PAIF-Slow Stimming?

I started stimming last Wed. This Monday I went in for my first monitoring appt after 5 days of stims. I had about 10 follies (which is alot for me) but all under 10 (unmeasurable). Today I went back, after 7 days of stimming and I still have about 10 follies, but only 3 are over 10 (11 and two 12's) The rest are still "unmeasurable"

My E2 is up to 293, so its going in the right direction, but I feel like there should be more growth by now. I'm worried about going to be cancelled (with my DOR I knew that was a possibility)  I'm on the max dose of stims-450 iu of gonal f and 150 iu of menopur.

Any advice/insight?
