Naps in the crib?

DS has only napped in his crib once. He sleeps fine in there at night, and I would like to start having him nap in his crib during the day. Right now he naps wherever he falls asleep, so the swing, bouncer, rnp, or in our arms. I want to start getting him to nap in his crib so as he gets older it doesn't become an issue. Has anyone else started having naps in the crib or do you still just let LO nap wherever? I think I'm going to try to get him to nap in his crib at least once today...we'll see how that one works out.
