 4 months ago,
I marveled at your perfect, tiny face.
It seemed nothing would make a moment more complete.

3 months ago,
I wondered if your little hands
could grasp mine any more strongly or surely.

2 months ago,
I was amazed that your smile
had the power to fill my heart with so much joy.

1 month ago,
I hoped that your laughter
would never, ever end.

Today,
I am thankful,
to be blessed with this kindest, sweetest of souls.

Happy 4 months to my beautiful little boy!
