How long does it take your LO to feed from the breast?  Do you feed both breasts each feeding?  Do they ever push away?

Lately, DS will feed on one for 5 minutes and then keep pulling away.  I burp him or attempt to burp him.  I know I am not empty, but I still offer the other, and he takes the other, and feeds for about the same amount.  I really don't think he is getting enough, since he only gained 4oz from last week at this time. 

 Any help, thoughts, brilliance, sarcasm would be greatly appreciated.
