Speaking of cereal/solids

Does anybody else notice their LO showing great interest in what you're eating?  Bryson follows the fork from the plate to our mouths and just stares.  I held a piece of squash to his mouth last night and he acted like a lion pouncing prey. 

For the record- he DID NOT eat it.  There's no way I'd give him a piece of food that big- he licked it and it was completely unseasoned!
