Daycare adjustment

Question for the working moms. Now that Cosette is in Daycare she comes home and crashes for the day. Usually she is now asleep at 7 and unwakeable around 9-10 for a last feeding. This means she is up in the middle of the night now several times. How did yours adjust? Any ideas to help her stay up for longer so that I can move the longer sleep period back to a normal night-time?
