How to choose pediatrician?

For those of you who have already chosen a pediatrician, how did you make your decision?  Did you have a list of questions that you asked?  Was your decision based on accessibility of clinic, personality of doctor?

Just curious to know how you chose and also looking for a few tips to use during my search.  I'm pretty sure I'm going to go with the clinic that is closest to my house, but I know there are several doctors within that group to choose from.
