if you charted - implantation dip/spotting question

Hey ladies - congrats to all!

Yesterday at 8 dpo I had a temp dip, and today at 9 dpo my temp went back up (I did start progesterone last night though) and I've had light pink/tannish spotting when I check my CM with a tissue.  Preg test this am was neg, but would be if this were implantation...

What do you think??  I'm trying to not get my hopes up...I know it's possible to have these signs and not be pregnant.  Have you had these signs and NOT been pregnant? 

I'm in the dreaded "I don't know" part of the 2ww and I'm driving myself crazy.
