If you've ordered furniture from BRU...

When they delivered it, did they bring it into LO's room? Their website says they leave the delivery at the door but the person at BRU and also the delivery company says they will bring the furniture into the baby's room. We're just not sure and we don't want to buy from them if they are going to leave it in my entrance way. I need them to bring it upstairs as well. Ideas?
