IVFers, Ovary Question

Ladies who did IVF: 

How swollen were you? I've been monitored for OHSS and don't appear to have it, but my abdomen is so freaking swollen. My ovaries are huge (but apparently within acceptable range), my belly is so distended. I had to buy a maternity skirt this weekend because I literally cannot fit into my pants. Every time I cough or sneeze I can feel my ovaries, I have to kind of grab my belly. It also doesn't help that I'm super constipated. 

I feel ungrateful for complaining, but did you feel this way? When did it go away? I haven't really gained weight, and I have addressed my concerns with my RE and they just kind of said "Oh you poor thing, yeah, they're huge. It'll get better."
