I'm pregnant with our first after 5 years of TTC... we were finally getting started with an RE and I was scheduled for surgery on October 4 to remove endometriosis and a very small partial uterine septum. The RE isn't 100% sure if it's a septum or arcuate uterus, but it measured almost 1cm so...
I'm just very nervous that the embryo may have implanted on the septum and that this won't be a successful pregnancy. I've got 3 days to go til the u/s and just can't quite stop worrying, so I had to get it out somewhere.
I'll only be 5w3d, though, so I doubt we'll see anything but the gestational sac. I'm hoping baby will be in a great place and I can be released to the midwives' care and have a birth center birth, but I'll settle for whatever I can get as long as we get a happy, at least nearly full-term baby.
