I already posted this once but I can't see it. So sorry if this a double post. Anyway, wondering what you eat.
I failed my 1 hour glucose test and need to go for the 3 hour next week. In the meantime, my OB told me to cut down on carbs and start exercising again. I have no idea what to eat because carbs are in EVERYTHING! Also, at this point, meat turns my stomach. Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated.
