3rd night not so great

I was working my 3rd night shift of the week last night and had pain from about 10pm onwards. It was really busy so I didn't have the chance to put my feet up until about 4am for an hour. Pain was still there so I went to emerg in the morning. HR was 160 but they put me on bed rest for at least 24h and I have been taken off nights for at least 3 weeks. I was terrified all night and called DH at 4 am in tears. If am fully lying down now the pain is gone but it comes back if I am sitting or standing. I just want everything to be ok in there.
