Birth Control after Delivery?

We're 24 weeks tomorrow (yea!) and DH and I have begun the discussion about BCP after delivery... We've been warned that it's very possible that now that I've been pregnant, my body will just know what to do... (We are still undiagnosed IF.) However, after 4 years of TTC, testing, procedures, medications, and numerous cycles, we cannot bring ourselves to use BCP to prevent further pregnancies. Especially since my body has been through so much already. We also have 4 snowbabies waiting and are committed to giving all of them a chance down the road, so that has played into our discussion. Still, we are leaning toward doing nothing and seeing what happens... I guess part of it is that we've tried so long that I would feel horrible for preventing any pregnancies in the future...
