Hi Ladies,

I just went to the RE for my first ultrasound to start our first IUI. The ultrasound showed that I have 35 cyst on the right side and 10 on the left so the nurse ordered an E2 (estradiol level) test and a pregnancy test. She said that if the estradiol levels were to high then we would have to sit out this cycle and wait for the next. Have any of you experienced this?

P.S. I have PCOS
