Beta Level Question

Hello! My husband and I found out we were pregnant last Tuesday after our second round of clomid+trigger+TI. I had my 3rd beta drawn on Monday, which was 18dpo, and it was right around 1400. That seems high to me from what I have seen. between my my 2nd and 3rd beta it that indicates that my doubling time was around 32 hours. If the beta is high, I could be wrong, does that possibly mean multiples? Could it mean that I am further along than the doctor guessed (based on the date of the trigger shot)? She estimated conception at having been 3 days post trigger.
