Is it rude to suggest this? Pumping at work

If all goes well, I plan to pump when I return to work. I asked some women at my office where I should do it, and they suggested the bathroom. Something about that just doesn't sit well with me and I find it offensive ( even though one of the ladies used the restroom to pump when she returned.)  

I work for a large company in a male dominated field. I know they're legally required to give me a space to pump, but I don't want to end up in a restroom or supply closet. All offices in my building have windows, so that's out of the question too.
