Questions about ClearBlue Easy Fertility Monitor

I posted this in the TTTC board but then realized this might be a better place since you all have successfully gotten pregnant 

I'm trying to decide if I should purchase this monitor. I have been diagnosed with PCOS but I do ovulate, just very irregularly since my cycles vary in length.  I know the monitor says it may not work with individuals with PCOS, but in reading online reviews it seems like some people with PCOS have used it with success. I would appreciate any additional insight/opinions/experiences before I shell out this much money on it though. TIA!
