So, I am just saying that if you have a prenatal yoga class in your area, try it out! I just started 2 days a week and it is so great. It's not hard at all - just relaxing, meditative and so awesome for sore muscles/back. I wouldn't call it exercise, but whatever, I am like a new person after that.
Sometimes it really helps bond with the baby/ies too if the teacher focuses on that part. I realized I haven't been doing that enough!
Also, it's pretty cool to meet other pregnant ladies in your area. And my place gives us tea and snacks which I love, but I'm not sure that they would all do that.
