I need a FFC

I know we don't normally do Friday flame-free confessions, but I need one.

For the second day in a row I have eaten crap on my way home.   Yesterday I stopped at KFC/Taco bell and got a taco and some chicken bites.   Today I went into the grocery store to deposit a check at the our bank (which is inside) and proceed to get two frosted donuts.  I went through the self checkout lane so I wouldn't get judged by someone else, but I judge myself.

Anyone else have some confessions?
