Numbers Needed to Stop Shots?

I bailed on my RE as soon as I had three betas and started seeing my OB for insurance reasons.  I had my OB do a progesterone and estradiol test at my last appointment.  Does anyone know what numbers I need to be "good enough" to stop PIO and estradiol valerate?  I have the phase out plan from my RE but I want to make sure my numbers are good enough before I stop.  I know I could call them but I feel awkward.
