Freaking out, had a medical procedure before I knew I was KU

I am hoping someone can ease my mind.  I had a procedure done on Tuesday to remove a cyst from my finger.  They had asked me over and over again if I was pregnant, and I told them most likely I wasn't as I had taken a test that morning and it was negative.  I had propofol and was not under general anesthesia, but just above that.  I also had two vicodins.

Now fast forward to today, and I just got a BFP.  I am freaking out that the drugs could have harmed the fetus.  I spoke to a nurse at the OB and she eased my mind a little bit, but not really.  I have an appt with the OB next week.

Looking to see if anyone has had any similar experiences.  I am about 4 weeks along.  TIA.
