Pregnant and diabetic

Is there anyone else out there who is pregnant and a type one diabetic?? I'm having a really hard time with cravings, lack of energy, nausea, needing to be active and management of my blood sugar...and keeping a good mentality while being riddled with all the possibilities of defects bc of being diabetic. I guess I could just use some advice from other type one diabetics who are going through pregnancy.
