Face wash?

With my first pregnancy I used just a cleanser for face wash and just dealt with the first tri acne but I am wondering if there is a safe product I can use. Sorry if this has been recently asked. I tried looking but didn't see a post about it. I know there isn't any definite answer on salicylic acid so I would prefer not to use it. Thanks!
