2+ moms! Question about subsequent pregnancies and implantation bleeding

Any 2+ moms out there not have implantation bleeding with one pregnancy? My son is 5 months old and I had my period on the 8th of this month and a week after I got off my period and the day after I ovulated I had some spotting for a couple of hours and it went away. I'm suppose to start my period next week and I'm a little anxious.. I haven't said anything to any body about it cause I don't want anyone getting too excited.

So could I be pregnant again? Was it implantation bleeding? I didn't bleed last time I was pregnant.
