Excersize in 1st tri?

Little background on me when I was pregnant with DD#1 I started around 185lbs went up to about 210 went down to 185 after I had her. With DD#2 I was around 190lbs and went up to around 225lbs. After I had her I thought I was done with having kids and have lost almost 100lbs, started  a healthy lifestyle and gym 5 days a week. I found out I'm pregnant (surprise) and I want to continue going to the gym so I don't gain all that weight back especially since it took me over a year to loose it. Is it ok to continue going to the gym? Everything I read says in moderation, have my ob appt in about a week but wanted to make sure I'm not harming the baby. I think I'm about 7wks along.
