Before I got pregnany I was in the gym 4-5 days a week, in great shape and always tried to make healthy choices.
Since I've been pregnant (11 weeks) I have been so sick the last thing I can imagine doing is any type of exercise. Everyone says to continue the same things actively as per-pregnancy. I have been made to feel so awful about myself for not exercising! It's not that I don't want to, I just don't have it in me
Any advice??
