Pregnancy acne relief?

I been having a major problem with acne, ever since I was about 5 weeks pregnant.  Help!  Any suggestions for relief, that work for you and will not harm the baby?  I have some prescription acne cream, but it says right on it not to use if pregnant.  I did have a big problem with about 8 years ago, and last pregnancy but I can't remember what I did to ease it.  Not much in my diet has changed, other than I'm forcing myself to eat and drink more dairy ( I hate milk and cheese).
