Planning trip abroad while Pregnant?

My mother and I have been planning a trip abroad together for quite some time as my father is unable to travel anymore because of health reasons. Our initial plan was to go to Paris...but given my pregnancy, the land of wine & cheese prob won't be the right choice and as I don't speak French I'd be concerned about what I could or could not eat while there. We're thinking perhaps London instead- I haven't been in a long time... but does anyone have any suggestions on a good place for us to travel while I'm pregnant?
