Anyone have low progesterone?

I'm 7 weeks pregnant and got my blood work back yesturday and I'm at 13.8 on progesterone. They nurse didn't seem too converned but after I googled the numbers, that seems pretty low. (I've had a previous m/c). I called the office and am waiting for a call back. Just wondering if anyone had lower levels and the doctor still didn't put prescribe any progesterone to take.  I have had some light spotting and cramping so that's why I had bloodwork in the first place.
