TMI- How much discharge is relatively "normal"?

I seem to have a lot. I had yellowish, snot like (EW, I know) cm, before I got my BFP and that started to make me wonder if I was pregnant. One day there was some blood mixed in, and sure enough it was (what I think) implantation bleeding. I read that this yellowish cm could be from the mucus plug forming, but I'm just curious why it's still there. SHouldn't the mucus plug be formed?

Also, there is no oder, itching, or sign of infection with this.
