Anyone at 8 weeks & feel great?

So I do not know if I should be happy that I am a "lucky" one or if I should be worried? At 6 weeks I had SUPER sore boobs and nausea ALL DAY! Then last week the nausea turned into just throwing up once when I woke up then feeling great. Then the past few days I haven't been sick at all and my breast will hurt just a tiny bit at night?

I am just hoping I don't go to the u/s on Thursday and get bad news. I am a little worried.

Do you ladies have any advice or encouraging words!!?!?
