Worry and Guilt

I have had on and off headaches for the past few weeks.  They're very annoying and just make me feel like crap.  I was prescribed Fioricet for headaches and migraines but I'm trying my best to not resort to taking that.  I currently have a nice little headache so I took 2 tylenol so I can make it through the night.  

Last week, I was diagnosed with a sinus infection so I'm on 2 amoxicillin pills, 3 times a day (which seems like a lot to me).

I hate taking all these pills and I feel like I'm doing harm to my baby.  As far as the infection goes, I feel like getting the infection under control is better than letting the infection run rampant.  

Even though my OB has said that it is safe to take the antibiotic as well as the fioricet, I just can't help but feel guilty.  Anyone else feel this way or have any guidance?
