Spotting

So I am four and half weeks pregnant and I started spotting yesterday morning. There wasn't much, basically just when I went to the bathroom and wiped but it was dark brown. What to Expect When You're expecting said that this was pretty normal and could be implantation bleeding. I didn't have anything in the pad this morning, not even a spot, and the pregnancy test immediatley came up with a positive sign. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm completely scared and trying to relax but it's hard. Any words of wisdom would be super appreciated!
