Very massive cramping early... kinda worried

Okay so I did a "no no" and had a cup of coffee this morning and usually when I'm going through a period having coffee makes my cramps insanely painful, I have to breath through them. Anyway, I had that type of cramp while I was out shopping early. Ran to a restroom to check, honestly I was prepping my self to see blood. But no blood. Has anyone else had these painful cramps?

I feel like I'm not really being invested in this pregnancy until I make it through the first trimester. I just don't want to get my hopes up....
