I've Become a Bloodhound

Seriously. My sense of smell is ridiculous. Trash bins in New Orleans in August are no joke, and I have to hold my breath when I walk by them. And my husband's farts... OMG. 

But on the other hand, food smells amazing! And (this is crazy) when we went to the zoo the other day, the zookeeper threw the gorilla an orange, and when he started eating it, I could smell the orange. From at least 30 feet away.

Anyone else having a ridiculously heightened sense of smell?
